Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for a US telecom client.
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom services with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely support.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate & Undergraduate freshers can also apply.
- Minimum 6 months of International voice process experience required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
