Job Description

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and growth-driven business leader to join our leadership team as Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Vice President - Revenue.
- This role is designed for a high-impact individual who can build, scale, and lead multiple revenue verticals while working directly with the founders to shape the organization's long-term growth strategy.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in revenue growth, business expansion, strategic partnerships, sales leadership, and market scaling.
- This is a high-ownership role with the opportunity to build a - 100 Cr+ revenue business over the next two years while maintaining strong profitability metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the company's overall revenue growth and business expansion strategy
- Build scalable revenue engines across sales, partnerships, enterprise accounts, strategic alliances, and new business initiatives
- Drive end-to-end revenue ownership including acquisition, retention, expansion, and profitability
- Identify new market opportunities, business models, and scalable growth channels
- Develop and implement GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for rapid business expansion
- Lead enterprise sales initiatives and establish strong relationships with CXOs, key stakeholders, and strategic clients
- Create high-performing sales and business development teams with clear KPIs and accountability frameworks
- Collaborate closely with founders on strategic planning, forecasting, growth initiatives, and long-term organizational vision
- Drive revenue predictability, sales efficiency, and operational excellence across verticals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities to maintain business leadership

- Establish strong processes, systems, and data-driven decision-making frameworks to improve scalability
- Own P&L responsibilities and ensure sustainable growth with strong profitability outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, product, and customer success teams to align business goals
- Lead strategic negotiations, partnerships, and high-value commercial discussions
- Mentor and develop future business leaders within the organization
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Leadership, Business Development, Sales Strategy, or Growth Leadership roles
- Proven experience in scaling businesses, revenue lines, or high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, business strategy, partnerships, and market expansion
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing revenue teams
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management and business forecasting
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environments
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with execution excellence
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
