Job Description
Founders Office Strategic Partnerships & Growth (4-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and build a strong pipeline of potential business leads.
- Reach out to founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers through strategic outbound efforts.
- Nurture and warm leads using personalized communication and AI-driven outreach.
- Understand business requirements and effectively position Scale 100x.
- Ai's value proposition.
- Facilitate high-quality business meetings between prospects and the founding team.
- Collaborate closely with founders to drive strategic discussions and closures.
- Build long-term relationships with high-potential brands and stakeholders.
- Coordinate follow-ups, business discussions, and opportunity tracking.
- Work with internal teams to improve outreach, conversion, and relationship management processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be graduates from IITs or IIMs.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, founder's office, or business development.

- Prior experience engaging with founders, CXOs, or senior stakeholders will be preferred.
