Essential Skills

• Possesses in-depth knowledge and extensive experience on Merchant Acquiring services including onboarding, Billing, Settlements & servicing.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define test objectives, organizational test policies, strategies, and plans at the projects outset.
• Schedules tests, monitors progress, measures outcomes, controls processes, and reports on test progress, product quality, and results.
• Adapts the Test Planning and Testing as needed to accommodate the dynamic nature of the project conditions.
• Ensures work is scheduled based on priorities, risks, team strengths, and resource allocation across projects.
• Leads and mentors testers, sharing knowledge to ensure QA staff meet the technical qualifications required for their roles.

• Works with clients to evaluate and implement new technologies, offering strategies for new opportunities.
• Proficient in Merchant Acquiring services and Acquiring platform which includes merchant onboarding, credit underwriting checks, Clearing, Settlements, Funding & Billing to merchant, Risk/Fraud management, kafka, regulatory reporting, transaction processing, payments related testing knowledge.
• Proficient in Products (other similar products) like Ocean, Actimize, OmniPay, Kafka, Ocean & tools like Postman, JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and user interface design.
  

Must have skillsets

• VisionPLUS testing experience in V8. V10 Experience will be an advantage.
• Lead team of 5-10 testers and review testing artefacts
  

Execute and track planning and execution task of the project

• Experience in leading conversion projects. Sound Knowledge of Payments Industry including latest technologies such as Tokenization.
• Create detailed status reports for planning and execution.
  

Create and Review Test plans and scripts for project.

• Directly accountable for the execution of SIT and provision of UAT support to the Client.
• Lead the defect triage meetings.
• Participate the daily team meetings and weekly meeting with stakeholders.
  

Coordinating with the Delivery Team throughout all testing phases of the project or release.
