Express Employment Professionals is looking for a PART - TIME HR Manager in Bedford, OH:
Human Resources Manager Part Time: $25-30/Hour
:
- Recruitment and hiring: Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Employee relations: Acting as a liaison between employees and management, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and conducting workplace investigations.
- Training and development: Developing and implementing training programs, career development initiatives, and performance management systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources including recruiting duties
OSHA Compliance experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
