    Key Responsibilities:
    - Collaborate to understand and define staffing needs, job requirements, and the ideal candidate profile.
    - Write clear and attractive job postings to attract qualified applicants across various platforms.
    - Actively search for potential candidates through professional networks, job boards, social media, and referrals. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
    - Utilize a recruiting software or ATS to track candidates, maintain records, and manage the application process.
    - Schedule and manage interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and other interviewers.
    - Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and guide candidates through the offer acceptance process.
    - Keep up-to-date on recruitment best practices, market trends, and employment laws and regulations.
    Qualifications:
    - Experienced or Fresher Graduate/BSc./MSc./MBA/BBA/Psychology

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

    - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
    - Ability to identify potential candidates and effectively address challenges in the hiring process.
