Financial Planning And Analysis (Senior Associate)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Constructs and analyzes monthly Sales and Operations Planning models.


• Collaborates with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely collection of S&OP inputs.


• Identifies short-term and long-term opportunities to increase revenue, lower costs, and achieve business goals


• Analyzes historical data to discover trends, and translates the data into actionable insights.


• Creates demand forecasts for AYR wellness brands at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.



• Develops and shares weekly reports to inform Senior Leaders of forecasts and historical performance.


• Should be very strong in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.), have the ability to manipulate large data sets, have experience building large models, and be skilled in Microsoft Power BI and building dashboards.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification required: – B.com/ BBA/M.com/MBA/PGDBM (Finance)
