About the Role:

We&aposre looking for an AI/ML Engineering Intern whos eager to join an early-stage, fast-moving team to help build production-grade LLM-powered agents, RAG chatbots, and AI-enhanced tools from scratch. You won&apost just be experimentingyoull be shipping.

This is not a research internshipthis is hands-on engineering, where youll convert ideas into usable tools and deployable products using the latest in AI/ML.

What You&aposll Work On:

• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines and deploy LLM-powered autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and custom orchestration logic.
• Build Agentic AI Systemsmulti-step reasoning agents, tool-using agents, memory-based agents, and goal-driven task managers.
• Architect and deploy production-ready GenAI applications with real-time interaction and reliability in mind.
• Design advanced chatbots, knowledge assistants, and data-aware conversational UIs that go beyond simple Q&A.
• Integrate Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) features for multimodal AI interaction using tools like OpenAI Whisper, Google Cloud Speech, Coqui, or Tortoise TTS.

• Leverage vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB to power fast and relevant contextual search.
• Apply ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for applied use-cases: document classification, summarization, intent recognition, embedding comparisons, etc.
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to push updates, deploy AI agents, and optimize for performance.

• Languages: Python (primary), JavaScript (Node.js/Next.js)
• AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, HuggingFace
• ML Libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
• Databases & Tools: ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis, PostgreSQL
• Speech Libraries: Whisper, Coqui.ai, Google TTS/STT
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Vercel/AWS/GCP (bonus)

What We&aposre Looking For:

• Strong Python and JavaScript skills able to write clean, modular, production-grade code.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG-based chatbot architectures.
• Familiarity with building and deploying LLM-powered workflows or autonomous agents.
• Solid understanding of machine learning libraries and their application in real-world problems (not just academic use).
• Comfort with speech processing (TTS/STT) tools and APIs.
• A mindset focused on shipping fast, building things that dont break, and learning by doing.
• Previous work on LLM-based apps, chatbots, or GenAI projects (personal or team) is a big plus.

• Experience with frontend development using React, Next.js, or similar.
• Understanding of memory management, agent state, prompt engineering, or tool-augmented agents.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

Payment & Contract Terms:

• This role begins as an internship and is typically unpaid for the first three months.
• However, based on performance, a stipend of ?20,000/month may be granted earlier.
• Performance bonuses may also be awarded for exceptional contributions during the internship.
• After the initial 3-month period, successful interns will be offered a 6-month extended contract with regular stipend payment.
• Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to further long-term opportunities within the company.
