Job Description

    As an Analyst Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing EY's relationship and engagement with the industry analyst community. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic relationships with key industry analysts, providing strategic consultation on services, assisting in driving deals with analyst support, collaborating with various departments to deliver content and programs for lead generation, and enhancing visibility of the company, its strategy, and core services.
    To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the professional services industry, established relationships with industry analysts, and excellent communication skills. Your key responsibilities will involve executing an AR engagement strategy, building and maintaining relationships with the analyst community, managing participation in key analyst reports, preparing spokespeople for analyst briefings, conducting analyst inquiries, advising leadership on analyst views and industry trends, promoting analyst reports externally and internally, maintaining activity trackers, and contributing to knowledge sharing sessions.
    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Management, Communications, business, or technology, along with at least 10 years of experience in leading and managing Analyst Relations programs in the technology or professional services industry. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, prioritize projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a global environment.
    Ideally, you would have an in-house or agency background, experience working with corporate, financial, or professional services organizations, and managing high-profile global events.
