Job Title: Senior MIS Administrator
Job Summary:
- The senior MIS administrator caters to the key requirements of a managing MS-excel reporting & automation, working on dashboard creations and data analysis. The role is responsible for service delivery
- The primary role and responsibility of this position will be to work in an individual project to deliver the reports based on client requirement, automate the reports and provide data analysis using data representation tool’s (eg: Tableau, Spitfire)
- Enhance service delivery through frequent interaction with the end user and (or) business sponsors
- Understand the process gaps and propose preventive / corrective action where appropriate
- Identify the areas where automation can be implemented and remove the bottlenecks of process.
- The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
- Very good understanding of business functions and operations
- Demonstrated Advanced proficiency and experience in MS Office Suite especially in Excel
- Automation potential is required to improve process efficiency
- Confidence to work in Excel Macro, Power Query and other advanced excel functions
- Data representation and analysis in PPT and Tools (eg: Tableau, Spitfire, etc)
- Observant with an eye for detail
- Able to work in individual project arrangement
- Ability to make sound decisions fast
- Methodical and systematic approach
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- High energy level, confident and assertive
- Flexible with working hours
- Solid research and analytical skills
- The ability to simplify complex analytical issues and communicate them to a variety of audiences.

- Technical Competence
- MS Excel 2010 Advanced with VB Scripting skills and experience generating complex macros
- Automation skill using VB. Skilled in Power query and power pivots
- Data representation tool skill (eg: Tableau, Spitfire, etc)
- Desirable - Experience or knowledge in RDBMS (MS Access, SQL Server etc)

Education:
- Graduate in related discipline
- 3 to 6 Years in / BPO services/MIS Analytics/Automation
- MS Office experience with advanced Macro automation and Advanced excel functions.
- Data analysis and representation using PowerPoint and Tools (eg: Tableau, Spitfire, etc)
- Experience in multiple systems and applications
- Prior work experience in a large professional services or financial services company
- Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable)
- Experience working in an business where the primary spoken language is English
