As part of our EY-GDS Advisory team, you will work on Smart Communications implementations to integrate with Guidewire products for various insurers.

We are looking for Smart Communications (Thunderhead) developers in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various Package implementation/Prototype development projects for our customers across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities include working as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various technical streams of Smart Communications (Thunderhead) implementation project, interface and communicate with onsite coordinators, planning and monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, providing regular status reports, interfacing with customer representatives, willingness to travel, working on Smart Communications end-to-end integrations topics, participating in code review processes, and mentoring junior resources for Smart Communications technical skills.
Skills And Attributes For Success include working on Smart Communications implementations, integrated with Guidewire full suite products, Smart Communications certification, experience as a Technical Lead, good understanding of Agile methodology, real-time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, excellent business communication skills, and prior client-facing experience.
To qualify for the role, you must have a BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years, experience in Smart Communications (Thunderhead) tool for various document generations and customization with other products, knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, XML, and experience with Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic.

Ideally, you'll also have experience in building a quality culture, managing performance management for direct reports, fostering teamwork, leading by example, training and mentoring project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives.
