Job Description

With 3-7 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCM, you should have been involved in at least 2 full life cycle SCM implementations and have experience in a client-facing role. Your responsibilities will include handling integrations, data conversion activities, solution design, drafting functional specs, application configuration, test case preparation, and execution.
As part of your primary responsibilities, you will gather and document requirements using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Oracle Fusion SCM modules like Product Management, Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Costing. Experience with Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, and Supply Chain Planning Cloud will be advantageous.
You will conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews, map client requirements against Oracle Fusion SCM modules, interpret functional requirements, design module-specific solutions, handle Solution Design / Functional Fit-Gap / Training / Testing sessions, prepare test scripts and test cases, conduct trainings, and support the Project Management Office (PMO).
Your competencies and skills should include strong communication abilities, documenting using OUM or other methodologies, customer handling skills, leadership capabilities, working under pressure, meeting deadlines, organizational skills, time management, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, quick absorption of complex business knowledge, teamwork, following release management processes, multitasking, and staying focused on release priorities. Business traveling may be required.
