Job Description
- As an SAP BODS Manager at EY, you will be an integral part of the IT Consultancy Services team, working on various cloud implementation projects for our global customers. Your role will involve contributing to different technical streams of the project, interfacing with onsite coordinators and customer representatives, and being willing to travel to customer locations as required.
Your responsibilities will include building a quality culture, providing training and mentoring to project resources, and actively participating in organization-wide people initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of cloud projects and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key qualifications for this role include experience in BODS design and architecture, preparation of Technical Specification documents, and hands-on experience in Business Objects Data Services (BODS) as a technical developer. You should have a strong knowledge of developing real-time interfaces like IDOC, BAPI SAP applications with BODS, as well as expertise in SQL and Data Migration projects.
Additionally, you should possess good analytical skills to troubleshoot ETL issues independently, experience in Installation and configuring BODS, familiarity with various transformations of BODS, and the ability to provide estimations on BODS work effort. Knowledge of working with SAP systems as a source and target, understanding of BODS landscape and architecture, and proficiency in connecting with customers to gather requirements are also essential for this role.
