Job Description
- As a Senior Associate in GDS CS Leadership Enablement at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective positioning of the GDS Client Service organization within various internal and external leadership forums. You will independently drive the development of deliverables, collaborate closely with the Strategy and Transformation (S&T) team, GDS Service Lines, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping track of regular governance meetings and ad-hoc leadership forums requiring support
- Proactively planning for deliverables for identified forums
- Developing comprehensive leadership narratives in consultation with the CS S&T Leader
- Initiating, planning, and executing the creation of deliverables in coordination with the S&T team and stakeholders
- Ensuring effective communication and alignment with internal and external leadership for optimal positioning
- Organizing and storing deliverables systematically for future retrieval and reuse
- Collating and tracking the execution of action items from leadership forums
- Analyzing raw data to derive actionable insights
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across service lines and functions
- Supporting strategy and transformation initiatives by providing hands-on support, insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Assisting in managing various components of operations of S&T team including Finance, Talent, Risk, etc.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Good understanding of EY, GDS, and GDS Client Service organization structure and functioning
- Familiarity with various functions within the organization
- Understanding of organizational KPIs and ability to interpret financial and other reports
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to deliver high-quality work products, overcome risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Proficiency in leveraging Artificial intelligence tools for improved efficiency
- Strong analytical, judgment, critical, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or another relevant advanced degree from a reputed educational institution
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role in a global environment
- Preferred certifications: PMP or other project management certifications
