Key responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of financial operations and reporting process transformation engagements. This includes assisting clients in defining target operating model and enhancing the processes in the areas of financial operations and financial reporting.
• Actively participate in developing solutions for challenges faced by clients in the areas of financial operations and financial reporting.
• Interpret client requirements and co-ordinate/drive the development of proposals for finance process transformation projects at clients.
• Actively manging the development and provision of skills transfer to junior team members.
• Understand how technology enables the finance function of the future.
• Consistently demonstrate careful attention to detail when carrying out any of EYs internal risk
management processes.
Sector expertise: Insurance / Reinsurance and/or Asset Management
Qualifications & skills required for the role:
• Chartered Accountant/ CPA with 3+ years of experience financial accounting and reporting for Insurance / Asset management company.
• Working knowledge of IFRS 17, 9 and 7 is preferred.
• Passionate about working on finance transformation projects or accounting support related projects.

• Excellent business writing skills, numerical skills, communication, and interpretation skills
• Excellent ability to compile PowerPoint decks and able to present with confidence and passion.
• Able to work from EY office in Mumbai or client location as the business requires
