Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables applications projects globally in an individual capacity
- Manage the technical and functional aspects of implementing application software
- Lead and execute projects through various phases of the project life cycle, including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live, and hypercare
- Collaborate closely with functional leads, technical teams, product management, and QA for rapid deployment of enterprise-grade solutions
- Maintain an issues log related to products and operations, reporting on status as required
- Understand client business functions and processes to effectively communicate their needs to product teams
- Work according to US/Europe/APAC time zones
- Coach and mentor the team to encourage collaboration and creativity across time zones
- Address issues arising from time zone differences to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Facilitate retrospectives and implement actions for continuous improvement globally
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications Required:
- MBA or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce, or equivalent
- Expertise in HighRadius implementations and Finance Transformation, particularly in Order to Cash process and High Radius Implementations
- Strong technical skills in Finance

- Experience in Finance process design and improvement within the Finance function
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of delivering business value through technology and communicating strategic technical concepts at an executive level
