    This role within EY Consulting presents a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment with immense growth potential. As we seek a Senior Manager/Manager to join our team, you will be exposed to diverse challenges, responsibilities, and leadership opportunities. Specializing in a specific competency such as Risk, Technology Consulting, or IT Risk & Assurance, you will play a crucial role in our Technology Consulting team aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, security, cost reduction, and risk management for our clients.
    Your responsibilities will encompass technical expertise, including SAP HR ABAP development, maintenance of ABAP programs, debugging, data migration, and conversion activities. Additionally, your functional expertise will involve gathering and analyzing HR-related business requirements, configuring SAP HR modules, providing functional specifications for custom developments, and conducting testing activities. Your consulting skills will be put to use as you collaborate closely with clients, participate in project planning and execution, provide training and support, and prepare detailed documentation.
    To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in SAP HR ABAP development and configuration. Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules, proficiency in ABAP programming, experience with SAP HCM processes, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and SAP certification in HR or ABAP would be advantageous.
    Desirable qualifications include experience with cloud-based HR solutions like SAP SuccessFactors, knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, and S/4HANA, as well as project management expertise or certification (e.g., PMP).
