The role requires 4-7 years of strong functional expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions in the Banking and Capital domain. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Business Analysts to address complex data requirements, working with large data sets to unlock value for business, collaborating with client technical teams/DBA to identify and implement best practices, contributing to various technical streams of data and analytics implementation projects, assessing data quality, deriving meaningful insights, engaging with client teams to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing quick turnaround for defects raised. It is good to have SQL and Python skills to find answers to complex business problems.
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MTech/MCA with 4-7 years of industry experience
Technical skills requirement:
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Banking and capital market knowledge
Good to have:
- SQL scripting
- Python Programming
- Knowledge of ETL tools
