Role Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Officer at Ecorgy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your main responsibility will be to engage with U.S.-based patients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and support.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients in the US, addressing their healthcare needs and questions.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, and other related queries.
- Establish trust and rapport with patients by showcasing excellent listening and problems-solving abilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions to ensure continuity of care.
- Strive to meet or exceed quality assurance and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential, and an American accent is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
- Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM / 12:30 AM to 9:30 AM) from our Trivandrum office.
- Immediate joiners are favored.
- Candidates residing in or near Trivandrum are preferred.
