Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Tirunelveli, with some work-from-home flexibility. Were seeking a proactiveInside Sales Executiveto drive lead generation and set qualified appointments for our sales team. Youll research prospects, initiate contact via calls/emails/LinkedIn, and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients (B2B) using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and industry databases.
- Target key decision-makers in [ideal customer profile, e.g., mid-to-large enterprises].
Outreach & Engagement:
- Execute cold calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn) to generate interest in EZOFIS solutions.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outreach (e.g., 50+ calls, 30+ emails).
CRM & Reporting:
- Log all activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and track lead progression.
- Provide weekly reports on KPIs (calls, emails, appointments set, and conversion rates).
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies based on campaign performance.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:15 years in inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Communication:Excellent English verbal/written skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Tools:Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
- Traits:Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a hunter mindset.
- Industry Knowledge:[Bonus: Understanding of finance/accounting workflows.]
