Were strengthening our product management presence in India to provide stronger local support for technology and development and specifically to have a Product Manager onsite to own and drive our scam protection portfolio forward.
Were now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Bengaluru office, focusing on the SCAM XM (Experience Module) the implementation engine powering our world-leading scam protection solutions. This role is part of our global product management team, collaborating closely with colleagues across research, engineering, and partner organizations worldwide. Your work will directly shape how we protect millions of people from scams one of the fastest-growing and most harmful digital threats of our time.
As the Senior Product Manager for SCAM XM, you will ensure F-Secures continued leadership in scam protection. Youll work with research teams, partners, and market data to identify new opportunities, guide and prioritize the roadmap, and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization. This is a delivery-oriented role with strong collaboration across both global and local teams. Youll have local autonomy to steer development activities and ensure product outcomes meet our vision, while maintaining shared ownership of the long-term roadmap together with the global product management team.
The role is based in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for hybrid work. Youll collaborate closely with teams across Europe and other regions, and occasional flexibility to work outside local business hours is part of our global collaboration rhythm.
What You Will Do In This Role

• Lead product management for the SCAM XM module, defining the roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with local and global engineering, design, research, and data teams to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Translate consumer insights and behavioral data into actionable product opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Steer local development activities to align with the product vision and business needs.
• Ensure strong alignment with F-Secures global product strategy and related product roadmaps.
• Act as the bridge between global product management, technology teams, and external partners.
• Support launches by coordinating with marketing, customer support, and analytics teams to ensure measurable impact.
  

In your first year, your focus will be on driving the successful execution of our current development pipeline and shaping a strong, competitive roadmap for the next 1824 months ensuring we remain ahead in the fight against online scams and deliver measurable business impact through world-class protection experiences.
What are we looking for
Were looking for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy someone who can translate vision into tangible results and enjoys seeing features turn into meaningful protection for real users.

• 7+ years in product management, leading product areas or modules end-to-end.
• Proven experience in consumer software, especially mobile (iOS and Android) and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with AI and ML technologies and their practical applications in consumer products.
