Your Mission

As Head of Technology & Digital Innovation, you will lead the technology ecosystem across FABDIZ and FABCURO.

You will shape our technology roadmap, lead engineering initiatives, drive innovation, implement AI-powered solutions, and ensure technology becomes a strategic advantage across every business function.

What Youll Do

* Define and execute the technology roadmap.

* Lead and mentor the development team.

What Were Looking For

Experience

* 8+ years in Software Engineering or Technology Leadership

* Experience leading engineering teams

* Experience managing business-critical applications

* Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications

* Experience with AI and automation tools

* Experience working with cloud infrastructure

* Strong understanding of modern software architecture

Industry experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Retail, E-commerce, SaaS, PropTech, or Digital Agencies will be an advantage.
