Senior Recruitment Consultant

Description:
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with strong experience in Retail or E-commerce hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients.
The ideal candidate should be client-facing, delivery-driven, and capable of handling multiple mandates across mid to senior-level roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail and/or E-commerce clients
- Work on roles across store operations, supply chain, category, merchandising, marketing, tech, and corporate functions
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer closures

- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks
- Provide market insights, salary trends, and hiring intelligence to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters when required
Required Skills & Experience:
- 57 years of experience in recruitment consulting
- Proven experience in Retail or E-commerce hiring (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Retail/E-commerce business models and roles
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
- Target-driven with a focus on quality and closures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with D2C brands, marketplaces, or large retail chains
- Exposure to volume as well as niche hiring
- Team handling or mentoring experience
