As an SEO & GEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence, increasing website traffic, and improving user engagement through cutting-edge search algorithms and AI-driven content strategies. You will work closely with our global marketing team to ensure our online visibility aligns with industry best practices and market demands.
This is a newly established role in FabricAir, giving you the opportunity to shape the SEO & GEO strategy from the ground up and make a tangible impact on our global reach. The position is based in Thane, India.
Your Impact And Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that enhance our websites search performance across multiple languages and regions. Your focus will be on increasing organic traffic, optimizing content, and leveraging AI-based search enhancements.
Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Utilize generative AI tools to create high-quality, search-optimized content.
• Optimize websites and digital assets for AI-powered search engines and chat-based models.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Perform on-page and technical SEO audits, identifying and fixing issues.
• Improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall performance.

• Monitor and analyze SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.
• Conduct backlink analysis and develop link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content production.
• Optimize multilingual SEO strategies across different language-specific websites.
• Implement hreflang tags and other best practices for international SEO.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Generate reports and provide insights on SEO & GEO performance and opportunities for improvement.
  

Who You Are
You are an analytical, detail-oriented digital marketing professional with deep expertise in SEO, international search optimization, and AI-powered search advancements. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, continuously exploring new ways to improve search visibility and engagement.
An ideal candidate would:

• Have proven experience as an SEO & GEO Specialist, with expertise in technical SEO and international SEO strategies.
• Be proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or RankRanger.

  Get Hired
  Have experience in keyword research, competitive analysis, and AI-driven content optimization.
• Possess a strong understanding of technical SEO, including site structure, page speed, and mobile-friendliness.
• Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Be fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with multilingual websites and international SEO is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
