Finance Associate

The Finance Associate will support financial operations and decision-making for a fast-growing SaaS startup. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting, tracking business metrics, preparing financial reports, and ensuring financial discipline. The position requires close collaboration with founders and leadership to monitor SaaS-specific metrics and maintain statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Track revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• 
  Monitor SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV
• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with external CA and auditors
