Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Associate located in Coimbatore. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, understanding customer requirements, handling account management, and providing solutions that align with their needs. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive client experience
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships
