Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) Fintech

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our fintech team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products, acquiring new customers, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote fintech products/services
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients
• Assist customers with onboarding and account setup

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and digital payments (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
