About Fam (previously FamPay)
Fam is Indias first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 million+ youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

With a product thats aimed at teenagers, design is at the centre of our offering. Therefore, it would not be an exaggeration to say that we will perish without a world class user experience and delight.
As a Design Head, youd be responsible for realizing our vision from research to production - having a head for strategy and a desire to provide a voice for design as well as having the skills and willingness to get involved with the details of making a great product.
Must Haves
- Strong experience in consumer products.
- Excellent design craft backed by a solid portfolio.
- Strong product and business acumen.
- Proven experience working on brands.
- Strong ability to think user-backwards.
- Strong user advocacy in trade-off decisions.
- Experience in team management and mentoring.
- Bias for action with fast, informed decision-making.
On the Job
- Be the users advocate.
- Collaborate directly with founders and leadership group.
- Lead and grow the design team.
- Work with product, marketing, brand, engineering, research teams.
- Evangelise Fams mission, vision, and design philosophy.
