Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

About the role
As an AI Solutions Architect, you will consult with global AI customers in North America to understand their data requirements, showcase solutions through demos and proofs of concept, and design end-to-end ML and automation strategies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, youll craft techno-commercial proposals, define contract SLAs alongside the sales team, and provide product feedback based on customer needs. This role requires at least four years of IT/product service delivery experience, hands-on expertise in handling data (PostgreSQL and MS Excel), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Location: Bangalore, India
Responsibilities

• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to accommodate overlap with US business hours
• Collaborate with global AI customers on their data solutions.
• Partner with potential and current clients to grasp their data needs and presentdemonstrations.
• Showcase expertise by developing solutions andproof-of-concepts.
• Design and deploy machine learning and automation solutions.
