About the Role:
Were looking for a sharp, data-driven problem solver who can bridge Risk, Fraud, and Marketing analytics.

This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence and data engineering helping FatakPay optimize customer acquisition, risk control, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep-dive into credit, fraud, and marketing data to generate actionable insights
- Build dashboards and automation scripts across LOS, LMS, CRM, and marketing platforms
- Partner with Product and Risk teams to strengthen rule engines, campaign efficiency, and loss prevention
- Track daily business KPIs: disbursement funnel, repeat rates, CAC, LTV, repayment health
- Present insights and growth opportunities directly to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering degree (B./B.Tech or equivalent) is a must
- 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in fintech / lending / BFSI
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong grasp of data modelling, APIs, and automation workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into strategic business actions
