Job Description
Overall Responsibilities And Duties
The person is person is responsible of financial aspects FCE Engineering Pune Automated Driving BAU.
Ensures the data reliability in line with process and finance golden rules and the optimization of the profitability and cash.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level:, Bachlors degree, MBA preferred. CA certification would be an added advantage
Experience
The person is person is responsible of financial aspects FCE Engineering Pune Automated Driving BAU.
Ensures the data reliability in line with process and finance golden rules and the optimization of the profitability and cash.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are
- Ensure R&D controlling procedures compliance and implementation
- Ensure billing rates & exchange rate alignment with Budget
- Check hours booked by cost center to the program on monthly basis
- Check availability of Work orders
- Create Invoices for Hours worked by Pune Team
- Monitor recoverable expenses and ensure chargeback
- Monitor unbilled hours and resolve billing collection related issues
- Own FCE R&D Pune revenue and related aspects
- Support Controller in controlling and monitoring R&D costs
- Support Controller in monthly reporting
- Support on ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate will have/be:

Experience

- Minimum 6/7 years experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of SAP / any other ERP
- Working knowledge of Monthly reporting, accounting, data analysis etc.
- Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information, and to work on a project management basis
- Ability to manage uncertainty
- Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy
- Fluent in 2 languages including English
