Summary
The Supply Product Specialist supports Supply Technology Systems including but not limited to; Hotel, Car, Insurance, and Salesforce platforms with 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring alignment with technology standards, remediation and speed to resolution whilst supporting strategic FCTG optimization initiatives This role is ideal for a technically minded professional who thrives in a dynamic, global support environment and has exceptional customer service.
Role & responsibilities
- Customer Support- Resolve escalated queries from global supply and selling partners
- System Management - Maintain and support Travolutonary, Hotel Mapping, Insurance, Salesforce, and related business systems •
- Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot business and technical problems; recommend process improvements
- Performance Monitoring - Track system performance and coordinate with vendors on issues/outages
- Project Support - Serve as subject matter expert on system enhancements and new implementations
- Documentation & Training - Create knowledge base arches and deliver system training to internal teams
- Release Management - Coordinate system updates, execute test cases, and manage vendor communication
- Quality Assurance - Ensure systems meet business standards through testing and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile
Essential:
- 1+ year(s) in an environment requiring: Analysis of information to assist with problem resolution and business process improvement,
- Dissemination of information via written and verbal communication,
- Active participation in meetings with business representatives
Desirable:
- 3+ years' experience in supply chain or travel industry operations
- Exposure to travel systems including but not exclusive to; (TravelBox, Salesforce, Insurance, Travolutionary) with understanding of global booking system complexities
- Customer service experience in a technical support role
- Experience with supply APIs, inventory management systems, and booking platforms
