Now, we are building a bold, Gen-Z aware digital presence to take this mission further.
About the Role
Are you passionate about skincare and social media marketing
We are looking for a Junior Brand Executive who understands influencer culture, Gen-Z trends, and performance-driven content.
You will play a key role in scaling FDNHs influencer collaborations, content planning, and brand execution across Instagram and e-commerce platforms.
This is a high-ownership role working directly with the brand team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Influencer Marketing
Identify & shortlist 1525 micro/nano influencers per month
Close 812 collaborations monthly
Negotiate collaboration terms (barter + paid)
Coordinate content briefs & posting timelines
Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, saves)
Maintain structured influencer database
2.Content Planning & Execution
Plan and manage monthly content calendar
Coordinate with graphic designer for:
o 46 reels per month
o 68 static posts per month
Ensure minimum 3 reels goes live every week
Suggest hooks, trending formats & viral angles
Align content with product launches & campaigns
3.Performance & E-commerce Coordination
Assist in ad creative ideation
Analyse content performance & suggest improvement
4.Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with:
o Gen-Z content trends
o Instagram algorithm shifts
o Skincare competitor campaigns
Share weekly trend observations

Interest in D2C & e-commerce growth is a plus
