Job Description

You are a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Marketing and Sales Executive who will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns and supporting the sales team to drive new business and maintain customer relationships. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to grow and learn in the fields of marketing and sales within a fast-paced environment.

In terms of marketing responsibilities, you will collaborate in the creation and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. You will also assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Additionally, you will play a part in developing marketing strategies and materials to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Working closely with the design team, you will coordinate to produce promotional content, graphics, and marketing collateral. Your role will involve managing social media platforms, creating content, and interacting with followers. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns through tools like Google Analytics and social media insights will be crucial, as well as aiding in organizing events, promotions, or product launches.
On the sales front, you will support the sales team by generating leads through various channels such as social media, cold calls, and email campaigns. Ensuring customer follow-up and managing relationships to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and retention will be part of your responsibilities. You will be involved in preparing and maintaining sales reports to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting. Assisting in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients and collaborating with customers and internal teams to close deals will also be important. Keeping abreast of the company's products, services, and industry trends is essential to excel in this role.

This full-time, permanent position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work schedule entails day shifts and morning shifts, with the work location being in person.
