Job Description
- As an S2 GSP/Associate Country, your primary responsibility is to align with GSP/Associate Country to drive FedEx business. You will be coaching and mentoring sales teams in GSP countries to effectively manage territories and sell FedEx services. Your role will involve reviewing FedEx business in GSP country to strategically grow profitable revenue. Additionally, you will be attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business, researching opportunities in new and existing markets, and preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Furthermore, you will be fostering a collaborative environment within the business, communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions, creating positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients, running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities, and developing and presenting customized proposals for each client's specific business needs.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree/MBA or equivalent, along with 3-4 years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales. In addition, you should possess strong business acumen, a global perspective, channel management skills, FedEx knowledge, industry knowledge, excellent presentation skills, influencing and persuasion skills, negotiation skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Networking skills will also be crucial for success in this position.
