Predictive Analytics Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our analytics team, responsible for developing and deploying predictive models to optimize our delivery network.

What you will do: You will work on forecasting delivery times, optimizing routes, and predicting potential delays.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and deploy predictive models for delivery time forecasting, route optimization, and delay prediction.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines.

• Develop and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in predictive analytics.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science).
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
