Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hoskote for a Marketing Manager position. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising marketing strategies, leading campaigns, and managing both digital and traditional marketing efforts. Responsibilities include market research, budgeting, branding, social media management, analyzing key performance metrics, and building client relationships. Additional tasks may involve overseeing marketing teams and evaluating campaign performance to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

* 37 years of marketing experience (real estate preferred)

* Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing

* Experience working with agencies and vendors

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Execute project-wise marketing plans aligned with sales targets

* Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, real estate portals)

* Coordinate with agencies for creatives, ads, and performance marketing

* Handle project branding, brochures, hoardings, and site marketing

* Support sales team with campaigns, events, and sales collaterals

* Track lead performance, CPL, and campaign effectiveness

* Coordinate with CRM and channel partners for lead flow and promotions
