The Mission

We are looking for a powerhouse product manager to be the connective tissue between our enterprise customers and our high-performance engineering engine. You will own the evolution of our platformensuring it remains the most reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient engine in the industry while pioneering the next frontier of AI-driven commerce.

The Four Pillars of Your Role

1. The AI & ML Futurist (The Next)

• Autonomous Operations: Following our acquisition of Ocurate, you will lead the charge in building AI Agents that automate internal workflows and exception handling.
• Customer-Facing AI: Architect capabilities that allow brands to offer AI Commerce experiencesusing agents for intelligent routing and personalized delivery optimization.
• Data-Driven Edge: Leverage our massive data sets to build ML models that dont just predict delivery dates, but optimize the entire post-purchase journey.

2. The Platform Architect (The Foundation)

• Reliability at Scale: Ensure our systems handle 8x traffic surges during peak seasons (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) with 99.999% uptime.
• 
  Cloud FinOps: You treat the AWS/Infrastructure bill as a product metric. You design for high performance while keeping operating costs at a strict minimum.
• Support Minimization: Build self-healing systems to ensure support overhead stays flat as our customer base grows.

3. The Customer Translator (The Bridge)

• Deep Discovery: Work directly with brands like Bombas and Vuori to translate their complex logistics pain points into high-fidelity technical specs.
• Domain Mastery: You are an expert in OMS, TMS, Small Parcel, and Inventory Management. You know the friction points of modern DTC and B2B retail.

4. The People Architect (The Coach)

• Mentorship: Coach our current leaders and foster a Builder culture that is Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
• Strategic Hiring: Recruit elite talent who embrace AI-assisted engineering and modern productivity tools to maximize our speed-to-market.
