Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our UAE operations for a reputed recruitment agency in Dubai. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our UAE recruitment office
- Lead a team of recruiters and admin staff to meet project timelines and targets
- Identify and acquire new clients and projects, especially in white- and blue-collar sectors
- Attend client meetings, represent the company in a professional manner, and maintain long-term business relationships
- Drive field-level engagement and account management with key partners
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing standards, and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment service
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance and pipeline reports for management
