About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology within the healthcare sector. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions that aim to redefine healthcare delivery. You will collaborate directly with our founders and technical team to build scalable, robust, and intelligent applications that incorporate the latest advancements in large language models (LLMs) and related technologies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and practical experience, including:

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of full-stack development.
• 
  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Go, along with expertise in front-end technologies like React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in developing scalable web applications and robust backend APIs.
• Familiarity with test-driven development, testing frameworks, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a remote team environment.
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and strategize on new AI features and product enhancements.
• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI products leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and large language models (LLMs).
• Innovate by anticipating potential technical challenges, modeling scenarios, and implementing robust solutions to mitigate issues such as hallucinations and ensure policy compliance.

• Implement and test LLM integrations within our products, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Develop intelligent data crawling solutions utilizing LLMs, computer vision models, and tools like Playwright to gather and process relevant healthcare data.
• Create high-performance, cost-effective backend solutions using SQL, document, and vector databases to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Build and optimize AI training and fine-tuning pipelines to improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Integrate real-time human feedback mechanisms to continually enhance AI performance and user experience.
