About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. They are responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work culture. The role involves working closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and handling employee grievances with professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Positive Workplace Culture
  • Well-versed in HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
  • Skills in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within the technology or energy sector is advantageous

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals. They will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Managing employee relations will be a key focus, including addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. The role requires designing and executing performance management systems that foster employee growth and accountability.
The HR Manager will also be tasked with developing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and industry standards. They will administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Organizational development initiatives, such as training programs and leadership development, will be part of their responsibilities to support the companys growth.
Furthermore, the HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with strategic objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on workforce analytics. They will monitor HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and implement improvements where necessary. Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information will be paramount at all times.
