About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of IT staffing solutions, and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates to fill a high volume of requirements. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the US IT staffing landscape, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and implementation partners while continuously expanding our requirement pipeline to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a combined Recruiter/Account Management or Vendor Relations role. You should have a proven track record of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously and generating a high volume of job orders independently. Deep knowledge of US hiring practices, visa types such as H1B, CPT, OPT, Green Card, and US citizenship, along with familiarity with tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099, is essential. You must be proficient with major ATS/CRM platforms, VMS portals, popular job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with C-level executives, client stakeholders, and vendor managers.
Responsibilities
Client & Implementation Partner Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, developing a comprehensive understanding of their technical environments, hiring processes, and submission SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 implementation partners and prime vendors to ensure a steady flow of high-quality requirements.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios to meet client expectations.
High-Volume Requirement & Database Generation
  • Proactively source, aggregate, and generate a consistent daily pipeline of active IT requirements from various channels, including VMS portals, direct client contacts, implementation partners, and networking efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized, well-organized database of current job requirements and key vendor contacts to facilitate swift and efficient placements.
  • Monitor industry trends, technical demand shifts, and active hiring managers to keep the organization ahead of competitors and aligned with market needs.
Recruitment & Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the sourcing and delivery teams to ensure candidate pipelines (W2, C2C, 1099) are aligned with current requirements and client needs.

  • Assess candidate profiles meticulously against client-specific matrices to ensure only the most qualified candidates are submitted for consideration.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates, manage salary and rate expectations, and coordinate onboarding processes in conjunction with clients to ensure smooth placements.
