Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be joining FIAT LEXICA as a Co-founder & Law firm Partner, overseeing legal services across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on Data Privacy, GDPR, IPR, Contracts, and consulting. Your responsibilities will include providing legal support, conducting research, document review, and managing various legal projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as both a co-founder and senior partner, contributing to building the law firm.
- Share in the profits and losses based on the agreed equity split.
- Play a significant role in establishing the firm's vision, culture, and strategic growth pathways.
- Participate in firm management, decision-making, and strategic planning.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop legal teams and associates.
- Oversee financial strategies, monitor performance, and uphold ethical, professional, and compliance standards.
- Receive equity in exchange for capital contribution and/or sweat equity, with equity split based on various factors.
- Maintain voting rights and influence key operational decisions proportional to equity holding.
- Understand Data Privacy regulations and demonstrate hands-on experience with Australian & Canadian Intellectual Property Rights and Data Privacy Laws.

- Possess a Law degree (LLB, LLM) and be actively enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Hold relevant legal certifications such as CIPP/e, CIPM, AIGP, DCPP, Certified TM Agent & Patent Agent.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, research abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in the legal field, preferably with experience in Sales and Marketing and legal content management.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a deep understanding of Data Privacy regulations.
