The Opportunity

FICO is seeking a talented and versatile Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be instrumental in developing high-impact content that empowers our sales teams and excites our audiences. Youll not only create compelling standard sales assets but also provide crucial custom support for individual sales opportunities- Hiring Manager

What Youll Contribute

  • Develop Strategic & Engaging Content: Create compelling, differentiated content, including powerful stories and narratives, that clearly positions FICOs expertise and solutions, aligning with our corporate messaging and customer needs.
  • Provide Expert Messaging Support: Act as a key resource for developing core messaging themes and content throughout the production lifecycle, including direct, custom content support for sales representatives on specific opportunities.
  • Collaborate & Align: Work closely with marketing teams to produce assets that advance FICOs overall corporate positioning and highlight our solutions across all levels (corporate, portfolio, industry, and solution).
  • Design for Versatility and Impact: Create highly modular content that can be easily repurposed across multiple formats and channels, while also enhancing the visual representation of our messaging and strategy.
  • Innovate & Elevate: Explore and implement cutting-edge digital solutions and new methods to effectively communicate FICOs value, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure Content Excellence & Standards: Review, refine, and enhance content from various teams to ensure its impactful, credible, high-quality, and audience-focused. Youll also help design and communicate guidelines for gold-standard messaging and content.

What Were Seeking

  • Experience: in a Solution Specialist, Solutions Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Content Development (or equivalent customer-facing) role, preferably within technology or B2B.
  • 6.8+ years of experience.
  • Exceptional Communication: Proven ability to craft compelling stories and narratives. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written English skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Content & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in developing clear, concise, and accurate messaging. Adept at providing constructive feedback and refining content. Expert-level MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills. General understanding of applications and technology.

  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Experience working effectively in matrixed and cross-cultural environments. Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives. Flexible and self-driven, able to produce excellent work with minimal guidance. Integrates seamlessly into teams, taking an active expert role.
  • Availability: Willingness to work EMEA or US hours.
