Head - Business Development & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and client acquisition across Commercial, Retail, and SEZ spaces.
- Lead end-to-end commercial leasing operations including proposals, negotiations, deal closures, renewals, and expansions.
- Build and maintain strong networks with corporates, IPCs, brokers, and consultants to generate business opportunities.
- Formulate and implement strategies for branding, marketing, and client relationship management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to track property trends, assess land values, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring high performance and business growth.

- Proven track record in commercial leasing, client acquisition, and business development within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of property market trends, transactions, valuations, and regulatory frameworks.
