We are currently hiring a Junior / Senior Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support a leading U.S.-based Private Equity Real Estate investment platform. This role offers strong exposure to investment underwriting, portfolio analytics, capital management, and institutional real estate investment strategies across global markets.

As a Private Equity Real Estate Analyst, you will serve as an embedded partner working closely with senior leadership, principals, and investment stakeholders. You will not just support reporting and analysis — you will contribute to investment decisions, portfolio optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment & Financial Analysis

• You will build and maintain detailed financial models for new and existing real estate investments across multiple asset classes.

• You will perform buy, hold, refinance, and disposition analyses, supporting data-driven investment decisions and portfolio optimization strategies.

• You will conduct detailed investment underwriting and due diligence, including market assumptions, cash flow analysis, and risk evaluation.

• You will analyze budget-to-actual performance and present key insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Portfolio & Capital Management

• You will support portfolio monitoring and performance reporting initiatives, ensuring visibility into investment performance and operational metrics.

Investor Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• You will prepare quarterly investor reports, dashboards, and portfolio performance summaries with a high level of analytical accuracy and presentation quality.

• You will support investor communications by responding to reporting-related and ad-hoc analytical requests professionally and efficiently.

• You will coordinate with asset managers, property managers, lenders, legal counsel, and external partners to support investment operations and reporting requirements.

AI, Automation & Process Excellence

• You will leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to automate recurring reporting, research, and analytical workflows.

• You will develop AI-assisted templates and process frameworks for market research, competitor analysis, and investment memorandums.

• You will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting scalability, and analytical turnaround times through technology-enabled solutions.

Research & Strategic Analysis

• You will conduct research on U.S. real estate markets, asset classes, and comparable transactions to support investment strategy development.

• You will contribute to developing data-backed investment theses aligned with value-add and opportunistic investment approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2–4 years of experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Investments, Investment Banking, REITs, Corporate Finance, or related domains

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA, CA, CFA Level I/II, or FMVAregistered certification preferred

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

• Advanced proficiency in
