Product Manager – LOS (Supply Chain Finance)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Loan Origination System (LOS) to lead the design, development, and scale-up of our supply chain finance products. You will own the LOS platform roadmap, ensuring it delivers best-in-class customer journeys, seamless partner integrations, and robust underwriting workflows. This role requires strong product leadership, deep domain knowledge of supply chain finance, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Define and own the product roadmap for LOS Supply Chain Finance, aligned with FinAGGs vision and business strategy.
• Partner with business, credit, risk, and operations teams to design scalable LOS workflows covering onboarding, KYC, underwriting, disbursement, and collections.
• 
  Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Integrate with external ecosystems such as anchors, NBFCs, banks, credit bureaus, GST, ONDC, GEM Sahay, and API Setu to build compliant and frictionless processes.
• Build, prioritize, and manage product backlogs; track delivery through agile ceremonies.
• Continuously improve LOS by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and ecosystem partners.
• Define and monitor product KPIs including TAT (Turn-Around Time), drop-off rates, SLA adherence, and customer adoption metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to support solutioning, demos, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive regulatory and compliance alignment with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (DLG), NBFC regulations, and supply chain finance norms.

• 610 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in LOS / LMS / fintech lending platforms.

• Strong understanding of supply chain finance, invoice discounting, overdraft, and MSME credit.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling B2B SaaS products in BFSI/fintech.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Credit, Risk, Operations, Sales).
• Highly organized with zero tolerance for slippage and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
