Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Finance & Pricing professional with 1015 years of experience in financial planning, pricing strategy, commercial finance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, margin optimization, pricing governance, and financial decision support across business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Finance & Commercial Support
- Act as a finance business partner to Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Drive revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Review SOWs, commercial proposals, and contracts to ensure financial viability.
- Monitor Business Unit performance revenue, utilization, gross margin, and contribution margin.
- Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and provide actionable insights.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
2. Pricing Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks and governance models.
- Lead deal pricing, bid reviews, and contract financial modeling.
- Conduct pricing simulations and scenario analysis.
- Review discount approvals and commercial deviations.
- Build standard costing models and contribution analysis frameworks.
3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Drive long-term financial planning and business case evaluations.
- Analyze cost structures and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, MIS, and management reporting.
- Present financial insights to senior leadership.
4. Risk & Compliance
- Ensure financial compliance in contracts and commercial agreements.
- Identify financial risks in proposals and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen internal controls around pricing and commercial approvals.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and HR teams.
- Support negotiations from a financial standpoint.
- Provide strategic inputs to leadership on expansion, new markets, and product pricing.

Qualifications:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Business Finance / Commercial Finance / Pricing
- Experience in IT Services / Consulting / Manufacturing / BFSI (customize as needed)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and Advanced Excel
- Power BI / Tableau knowledge is an added advantage
