Job Title : Marketing & CRM Associate
Location : Mumbai (preferred) or remote within India
Reporting to : Founder, Sapiens Alpha (ADGM-based wealth advisory firm)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our client communication and digital engagement platforms. The role will focus on newsletter design and distribution, HubSpot CRM administration, and supporting investor relations activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with digital tools, client communication, and light financial content.
Key Responsibilities:
Newsletter Management:
- Format and design monthly and quarterly investor newsletters (email or PDF format).
- Coordinate mailing lists and schedule dispatch through HubSpot or other tools.

- Ensure professional presentation aligned with Sapiens Alpha's brand.
HubSpot CRM & Database Management:
- Maintain and update client records, deal pipelines, and workflows.
- Track client engagement and prepare simple analytics reports.
- Ensure data hygiene and system automation.
Investor Relations Support:
- Prepare investor update decks and one-pagers in collaboration with the investment team.
- Assist with distribution lists, investor contact management, and follow-ups.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Post finance-related and company updates on LinkedIn.
- Draft captions or summaries based on internal material (investment reports, fund updates, etc.).
- Coordinate with the design team to maintain consistent visual identity.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Organized, reliable, and able to coordinate with an international team.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or investor relations (finance background a plus).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM tools.
- Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written English; ability to summarize financial content clearly.
- Organized, reliable, and able to coordinate with an international team.
