Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

Responsibilities
What will you contribute?
Handle the end to end of Travel & Expense activities
Ensure correctness of accounting
Ensure expenses submitted by employees are in adhrence of the difined policy
Define robust controls
Ensure documentations are up to date
Contribute to process and policy improvements
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Expense Audit
Global employee reconciliation
Credit card reconciliation
Blackline upload
Forex arrangement and encashment
Month end accruals and reporting
Functional/project/product reclasses and journal uploads.
Secondary audit
Generating reports and dashboards
Month end activities
Required Experience & Skills:

Get Hired

Experience Of 5-7 Years In Accounts Payable
Strong accounting knowledge
Good excel skills
Experience in handling reconciliations
Strong communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders
Knowledge of the company policies
Concur or NetSuite or Blackline is mandatoryand is must and should
